The 3 colour varietal displays a broad spectrum of traits when exposed to direct light, darker shades and everything in between.
Direct sunlight brings forth the light grey dominance of ‘Ash’ marble, reflecting the brilliance of the suns rays, which outshines the black of granite. The red-ochre vibrantly compliments the white marble in direct sun, whilst sinking back from red to dark brown in the shade, almost indistinguishable from the granite.
Where shadows fall, it is the granite that predominates – an absence of light turning the white marble to a subdued grey.
