Initial enquiry
It’s hard to move forward without first understanding how StoneSet fits into your project – or whether it’s even the right solution for what you’re trying to achieve. Your time is valuable, so when you submit an enquiry, include plenty of photos and a brief overview of your goals.
From there, our resin bound specialists will review your project and provide the best possible advice with complete transparency – it’s one of the core principles our sales team stands by. You’ll receive an honest initial assessment to help you confidently determine your next steps.
Estimates & measured quotes
Once we’ve identified the right product and application for your project, we can help you move confidently into the pricing stage. For DIY customers, we’ll guide you on exactly what materials, tools and consumables you’ll need – ensuring you’re properly equipped from the start. For supply-and-install projects, our state-of-the-art mapping software allows us to provide accurate take-offs and indicative estimates with ease.
If your project requires a professional installation using our StoneSet Premium UVR, we’ll determine which of our Approved Installers is best suited and facilitate a smooth handover. We brief them on your requirements, goals and any unique site considerations so they arrive informed and prepared.
From there, you’re in excellent hands with one of our trusted installers – and we remain only ever an email or phone call away for any questions or clarification, ensuring your project runs exactly as you envision.
Colour selection
For some, selecting the stone blend for their home is a matter of instant attraction. For others, it’s not, & we completely understand. So why not use us us a sounding board, tell us a little bit about your design plans, if there’s existing brickwork or cladding you’re trying to match, or perhaps even come up with a contrast, & we can provide you with similar installation examples or even design a custom stone blend that better suits your design brief to ensure that you get exactly what you’re after.
Ongoing Support & Aftercare
Your StoneSet surface is designed to last for years – and so is our service. Whether it’s 6 months after installation or 5 years down the track, if you ever need maintenance advice or even hands-on maintenance work (such as a resin roll-coat to refresh and protect your surface), simply reach out and we’ll guide you.
Most StoneSet aftercare is simple and can be carried out by almost anyone – even you – but we’re always here as a resource. If you’re ever unsure, we’ll happily advise you so your surface continues looking and performing at its best.
