StoneSet Network Installers are carefully selected independent businesses that receive ongoing product training, technical support and access to the latest StoneSet installation methods. They are responsible for site assessment, quoting, installation and workmanship, with your installation agreement being directly with the installer.
StoneSet is committed to supporting every installation by supplying premium products, technical guidance and ongoing assistance to our installer network. Our product warranty applies where StoneSet materials have been stored, prepared and installed in accordance with our guidelines, while site-specific conditions and installation workmanship remain the responsibility of the independent installer.
For commercial projects, StoneSet can contract and manage the installation directly, with both the product and installation warranty provided by StoneSet.*
